Shipping to more countries and general shipping update

Hello everyone, we hope you're doing good in these hard times! We're back with another update on the current shipping situation, so you can check if your pledge is being shipped soon.

Let's start with the countries that we will begin shipping to this Tuesday:

• Canada
• Italy
• Singapore

When you're living in these countries, your shipping status in BackerKit will be updated soon. Please keep in mind that due to the global situation, shipping times can be longer than normal.

Next up are the countries that we still can't ship to because of the corona virus restrictions in these countries:

• The US
• Chile
• Australia
• Philippines

When you're from one of these countries, we didn't forget about you! We will keep a close eye on the shipping situation and we will do our best to ship your pledges to you as soon as possible!

As a little token of our gratitude, we would like to send everyone from these 4 countries a copy of the digital edition of the volumes they pledged for. We hope that you can endure the waiting time for your physical pledges a little bit better with this!

Hello everyone, we're back with a short shipping update!

We're starting to ship to our backers in the United Kingdom, Russia and Switzerland this week! With this, we now covered all of Europe for fulfillment and hope that you can hold Hoshi no houseki in your hands soon!

The shipping situation outside of Europe is still quite all over the place, but it seems some country's postal services will be ready again, so we can start shipping out these pledges, too!

We're very sorry for the inconvenience and we will keep you updated on new shipping changes here!
