Shipping started for EU countries!

Hello everyone, we're back with another shipping update!
We're currently in the process of shipping pledges to our EU backers, with sadly a few exceptions. Because of the current COVID-19 situation in some EU countries, shipping pledges to the following countries will be delayed:
These delays come from shortages in local package distribution and resulting issues sending your pledges with our logistics partner. We will keep you updated on any changes and try to ship your pledges as soon as possible!
There is also a delay for all pledges containing the hardcover edition with gold foil, as our supplier ran into delivery delays due to the virus outbreak. We're working hard on getting your pledges ready and estimate them to be shipped in the first half of May!

Hello everyone, we're back with an update about how shipping is progressing!
We started shipping out rewards within Germany and will move on to other countries in the EU after this. Other countries will follow, depending on the current COVID-19 situation in each country and their shipping restrictions.
We know that everyone around the world would like to receive their rewards as soon as possible, but with many different restrictions in place in each country, shipping everything together is sadly not an option. We're closely monitoring the current situation and will act accordingly, as we try to ship all your rewards out as soon as possible!

Hello everyone, we're back with another update and good news to start off the weekend!
We're currently sending out all digital rewards and you should receive your code for either 1 or 2 months of free kawaiiNihongo subscription time via e-mail shortly!
Everyone who pledged for the digital version of volume 1 and/or volume 2 of "Hoshi no houseki" will also receive their copy! We're excited to hear your feedback and we would love to hear from you on Social Media!
When you didn't receive an e-mail in the next 24 hours, please check your BackerKit survey via the link you received from us before. You can access your code directly through BackerKit!
In the meantime, we're still working on preparing all physical rewards to ship out towards the end of April, due to the current COVID-19 situation. We're really sorry about the delay and hope you can understand that we're doing our best so that you receive your copy of Hoshi no houseki and all additional rewards as quickly as possible!

We want to give you a short update on our current plans moving forward with shipping your pledges:
From the information we currently have, shipping will still happen in April, but delays can be expected due to the COVID-19 situation. We will try our best to ship your pledges as soon as possible, but we hope you will understand when packages arrive in late April or May due to delays in shipping world-wide.
We will keep you updated on any changes or when shipping started, so make sure to keep an eye on future updates!

Hello everyone! We're back with a short update regarding the Limited Edition with gold foil applied to the cover!
You can take a look at the nice effect on the cover of volume 1 and we hope you like it!
Production is going forward smoothly, so we're currently confident that we can meet our shipping target of April!
Also, for everyone who purchased add-ons via the BackerKit survey and payed with credit card, we will charge your card starting in 3 days from now, so please make sure you have enough funds available to avoid denied payments. Thank you! :3
